Navy CYP Operational Procedures for Child Care for Ombudsman/IA Sailors and Severely Injured Service Members
Child Care (ages 0-12) for Ombudsman Performing Official Duties. All Ombudsman shall be directed to complete the on-line Request for Care (RFC) form at http://navymwr.org Ombudsman completing the on-line RFC form must check the block that they are Ombudsman when prompted. The request for care form will then be forwarded to the HQ RFC inbox. A member of our HQ staff will work with each case directly. This is only for child care for children of Ombudsman and only for child care while they are performing their official duties.
