Welcome to the Blue Jacket Cafe - MWR's dining facility for the Annapolis Area Complex, including active duty on Rations-In-Kind.
The mission of the Naval Support Activity Annapolis Blue Jacket Cafe is to serve the best quality of food, provide outstanding customer service, and to maintain its five-star accreditation.
Serving three meals a day, 365 days a year, the Blue Jacket Cafe is a favorite spot for non-ration active-duty members, Federal Government Employees and Contractors assigned to the Annapolis Area Complex.
The Blue Jacket Cafe also serves a growing population of retired military residing in and visiting the Annapolis area. Scout and Youth Groups need to complete a Summary of Meal Form available here. Please fax a copy of the form to (410) 293-4973.
