What we do:
Decision Lens is a group enabled decision-making software that will enable CNIC to manage the strategic alignment of goals and priorities with investments in projects, products, people and suppliers.
Decision Lens will allow us to bring together our multiple and diverse stakeholders to structure and evaluate key decisions, whether in one meeting room or from our installations and regions around the globe. The result will be a more accurate, repeatable, and transparent process for decision making, even when the drivers and considerations are subjective and intangible.
Decision Lens will help us to develop a priority-based alignment between our strategic and business plans; evaluate the value of initiatives that we plan to invest in; understand key industry risks; conduct "what if" analyses; and return scenarios to maximize our asset portfolio.
