Housing and Lodging

Fallon housing and lodging 251x165

The Secretary of the Navy has designated all military family housing under the management control of the Commanding Officer, Naval Air Station Fallon, as adequate public quarters. Basic Allowance for Housing (B.A.H.) is forfeited by personnel occupying government quarters.

Please remember to keep all telephone numbers current. If we are unable to contact you when you reach the top of the waiting list, you will be not offered quarters. Two refusals to accept a home will result in the cancellation of your application. You will need to reapply and that date will be your control date.

When a service member is deployed at time of assignment to military family housing, a Power of Attorney is required for his/her spouse to arrange delivery of household goods and to accept quarters.

Service members must have six months remaining duty at Fallon to be assigned quarters.

Please take note that Fallon's pet policy at this date is two (2) pets in housing. No exotic animals. No exceptions.
