To receive a ONE-Net NIPRNET or SIPRNET account form  User Validation and  SAAR-N , a new SAAR-N OPNAV 5239/14 Rev 9/2011 was released by COMFLTCYBERCOM and must be implemented for any new SAAR-N form issued after 17 October 2011, are required to be filled out electronically and routed through your appropriate Supervisor, Security Manager, and N6 Department prior to submission to the ONE-Net program.

Navy Telecommunications Directive

User account requests must be accompanied with certificate of completion of Information Assurance Awareness (IAA) Training.  For US personnel, IAA Training must be completed via Navy Knowledge Online (NKO). Non-US personnel or non NKO account holders may complete IAA training through the DISA link here.

Deactivation of user accounts are done by the user requesting termination. Complete page 1 of above SAAR-N OPNAV 5239/14 Rev 9/2011 and deliver to your N6 Department during checkout.

Information Assurance Awareness training is an annual requirement for all computer users.  Non-US personnel or non NKO account holders may complete IAA training through the DISA link.

Outlook Web Access (OWA also known as webmail) for ONE-Net is only accessible through the use of CAC authentication. Additionally, Citrix remote access form is available for ONE-Net users with a justified mission requirement.

Due to limited Citrix licenses, request for Citrix access is limited.
