    Captain David A. Culler, Jr., a second generation Naval Aviator, was born in High Point, NC. He graduated from the University of New Mexico in December 1987 with a BA degree in Political Science. Commissioned in 1988, he earned his Naval Flight Officer wings of gold in 1989. He joined his first fleet squadron, VF-142 "Ghostriders" in 1990 onboard USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN-69) in support of Operation Desert Shield. He made two deployments with VF-142 and graduated from the United States Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN) in June 1992.

    Captain Clark graduated from Old Dominion University in 1989 where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, and was commissioned through the Naval ROTC Unit Hampton Roads Battalion. CAPT Clark’s first tour was on USS WISCONSIN (BB 64) where he completed an eight month deployment to the Arabian Gulf while serving as First Division Officer and Turret III Officer during Operations DESERT SHIELD and DESERT STORM.

    Born in Orange, California and raised in New England and Florida, Master Chief Carter graduated from Vero Beach High School in June 1986. As a high-school senior, he enlisted in the United States Navy and reported for recruit training in San Diego, California, following his high school graduation.
