List Your Properties on HOMES.mil

Landlords and property managers who have worked with the Navy Housing Service Centers (HSCs) in the past can create a login for HOMES.mil and have access to their previously listed properties. Once a landlord or property manager has created a login, they can begin listing their properties.

HOMES.mil offers a secure site for landlords and property managers wishing to list their properties to Service members stationed at a nearby Navy Installation. HOMES.mil is integrated with the HSC’s management software, allowing a streamlined experience for Service members looking for community housing.

Landlords and property managers can find instructional videos for HOMES.mil and how to list properties on the Navy Housing YouTube Channel or view detailed pdf instructions for creating an account, adding a property listing and editing a property listing.

All homes that are listed on HOMES.mil must meet Minimum Housing Standards. Find the minimum standards, as described in Navy CNICINST 11103.1 (Enclosure 2).
