Our target markets consist of Department of the Navy ships, personnel, facilities and other Department of Defense Tenants.

NRSW Federal Fire and Emergency Services program will provide coordinated plans, training, and exercises that provide the installation population and command staff with confidence in this agency's ability to effectively mitigate an emergency.

Our key products and services will act as enablers to support our client's mission: to forward deploy Navy combat power.

These missions are to provide structural, shipboard, wildland, and airfield fire protection. Hazardous materials response, fire prevention, and emergency medical services are provided at most installations as well.

Our vision is to be recognized as the leading Department of Navy Fire and Emergency Services Program. We will achieve this vision through collaboration, benchmarking, and leveraging our resources and technology.

Fire Protection Management and Administration consists of management and administrative functions necessary to support activities required by Fire department operations, to include:

Labor Relations between management and the non-managerial personnel. This will be accomplished through department policies, fair and equitable treatment, meeting requirements, recommending changes and partnering to reach a conclusion on any significant issues between management and labor within the Fire Department.

Through planning and financial management we will track and account for provided funding in accordance within controlling parameters.

We will provide for the Morale and Welfare of Fire Department employees by observation of working conditions, showing appreciation through the awards and recognition system and providing training and educational opportunities to qualify for promotion.

On a quarterly basis, the NRSW Fire Chief will inform concerned parties on the NRSW Fire Department performance consistent with the approved Business Plan.
