Our organization conducts investigations to ensure facilities are able to maintain a high level of safety and security.

The mission of an investigation is discovery. An investigation can be carried out in many forms, serve a variety of purposes, and can involve a plethora of activities.


Some of the forms of an investigation are: probe, inquiry, systematic and thorough evaluation, piecing evidence, formal or relaxed atmosphere, and more. There are many causes which may lead to an investigation, which include: accident, injury, complaint, crime, and more to including grave matters. Some of the activities that investigators perform include: examination, observation, research, inspection, and many others.


Investigations are conducted without bias.

At the conclusion of an investigation, a conclusion is drawn and advice is provided, however a determination is not made by an investigator or investigation team. The resultant conclusion of an investigation is provided to an appropriate authority.
